How we verify

• Source: prices and features come only from each vendor's own website, usually its pricing page. Each tool page links to the exact source URLs.
• Date: every tool shows a "last verified" date. We re-check sources on a schedule and when vendors tell us about changes.
• No guessing: if a vendor doesn't publish a price, or we can't confirm it, the field stays blank and is marked "not captured" or "contact sales".
• Roundups state their ordering rule (alphabetical, or by lowest listed price). We don't publish scores we can't back up with data.
• Comparisons are neutral summaries of published facts, not endorsements.
• Corrections: vendors and readers can request a correction by emailing julie@thesdrlist.com. We change data only when it's confirmed on the vendor's site.
